Took off last week for a gruelling tour of the Northeast (shall post on this in a day or two); not knowing that Assam and Meghalaya don’t allow CDMA networks (security reasons!?!) — my Blackberry runs both CDMA and GSM but I had never bothered to install the SIM card — lazy!!
So it was a full five days with no phone or email; making calls home and to office on borrowed phones now and then — but all in all a good break from technology.
So I sat on my balcony at the Aurobindo Institute in Shillong, looking out at pine forests with clouds wafting through, and feeling the entropy in my system sloooooowly dropping.
Back to an avalanche of emails as soon as I landed in Delhi….oh well…
